CASA DOCTOR FERRAN

The house to be renovated is located in Sabadell, in an area with low rise buildings and narrow façades which form linear buildings with backyards and normally dark rooms with little natural ventilation.

Looking for a renovation that would maintain the character of the town, we decided to replicate one of the walls to expose the stoned façade and that was the hallmark of the project.

Together with well-lit spaces and carefully chosen high-quality finishes, the right contrast between the new and the old was achieved, without distressing each other but dialoguing in each encounter.
